I am working on the fabrication of the Ejection seat....here are some pictures....I had to tear apart my original headbox in order to make replica parts for your projects....

I need help finding a company to make this ejection handle!!!

This seat insert is constructed from a material like fiberglass...

We are working on the flight stick...here are some pictures...If you know where to obtain parts let me know...Wen completed this stick will look fantastic...

We are fabricating side panels soon...following are the parts and molds used to make the plastic parts...

Take a look at the tailhook panel for sale...it is fully functional and ready to plug and play....this panel is a $500.00 value and are being offered at $300.00...This is an outstanding deal!!!

We just completed the SPIN panel placard and the Jett panel Placard...They are being offered at $175.00 each...they are prewired and ready for installation.  If you prefer a plug and play solution, we are wiring up 5 panels now and should be available in a week.

Here are the SPIN Panels all wired up for plug and play...We are waiting for the small warning lights to arrive and these panels will be complete...The panel placards are manufactured by a company that manufactures military placards and are wired with 5 Volt white lights. The aluminum Backplate is powder coated black. The Switch guard is military spec...and professionally painted with stripes... These panels are another $500.00 value being offered at $300.00...The A/B/C Model is on the left and the E Model Super Hornet is on the right.

We are working on an AUTOCAD file for the cockpit shell...We will send paper templates that you can trace on wood or metal that you purchase locally.  This will cut down on shipping cost and get your cockpit shell started sooner. Also, we are exploring sending an AUUTOCAD file CD that you can take to your local waterjet company and have them cut your cockpit shell out of wood or metal.

New Items now available:

The jettison Select Button (Jett) and (Disp) Button and other cockpit Buttons are available Now ...they look very realistic!!! ... They actually look better than the original knobs. This picture is just some of the knobs.

DZUS Rails and Side Panels...I have actual Dzus rails that attach to these new side panels which are located on either side of the ejection seat. One side panel attaches to the Left Aux (Landing Gear Panel) and one side panel attaches to the Right Aux (Tailhook Panel)... These side panels provide the base attachments for the throttles and control boxes on the left side of the cockpit and the control boxes on the right side of the cockpit...they are a higher quality and more durable construction than the original panels and are constructed from aluminum and powder coated. These side panels are the same shape as the real panels... and will take your project to the next level of realism...

The panel on the right comes with actual Dzus rails...not shown...but they are included...with both sets of panels.

New Items we are working on:

The top 2 Warning Panels... I am modifying these 2 panels to look like the original warning panels...I am having a problem with the small front extended part...the lettering is completed, the front handles are completed and the Front flap is completed...We have already produced a test panel made from a hard plastic material that needs some slight changes and should be available soon...

Canopy Bow...I just purchased a very realistic simulator F/A-18 canopy and frame...I am working on fabricating the canopy bow first... then fabricating the handles and mirrors and parts that attach to the canopy bow.

Up Front Control (UFC) We have a touch screen that we are testing and this part from a simulator is being fabricated.

This UFC panel has been sent in for fabrication...we are exploring where to find interface and touch screen solutions..

Fuel Panel for the F/A-18

We are having the Fuel Panel faceplate being constructed from aluminum now...we need to find a LCD screen to fit behind it...also we will be constructing the lower placard and knobs soon.

Emergency Jettison Panel for the F/A-18 A/B/C/D/E/F models

The faceplate is completed. I need help in finding the "PUSH JETT" button and housing and the lights. The military bottom Push to Jettison part costs almost $400.00... that is too much for us...so we are exploring other solutions...like getting the button and frame and we paint the part yellow and black...
